Rajeev Kumar

Rajeev is the CEO and Managing Director of Absolut Info Systems, the leading software products and services company for business computing.

Rajeev and the company's business and technical leaders are focused on continuing Absolut’s expansion in newer areas - software products for financial services and enterprise software services and maintain leadership across the company's core businesses of third party products sales and allied services. Absolut’s goal is to provide its customer a single window for all their enterprise IT needs to enable a seamless experience across a wide range of computing services.

Rajeev is one of the founding members of Absolut Info Systems.

Prior to setting up Absolut Info Systems, Rajeev has spent 11 years in IT industry and has worked with software product companies, consulting service organizations and system integrators across different industry verticals. Rajeev has extensive experience in building value in high growth technology companies and has deep experience in enterprise software sales, building and managing teams and sales channels, including international operations.

Ashish Sharma

Ashish is the founder member and Director – Sales for Absolut Info Systems. Ashish works with Segment, Business Group and Field Leaders to define and create sales and business development strategies spanning the third party products and allied services business osrganization to drive operational excellence and position Absolut Info Systems for profitable growth.

Ashish works with variety of OEMs, IHVs and ISVs to drive marketing excellence and to define Absolut Info System’s overall business priorities to increase market share, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Ashish has spent 12 years working closely with the leading OEMs and customers. An entrepreneur to the core, Ashish is spearheading the e-commerce business plan of Absolut Info System.

He is leading company’s foray into e-commerce retailing of software products for B2B and B2C segment and is responsible for leading the overall business operations and execution for the venture.

Akhil Mathur

Akhil serves as Director – Technology & Services for Absolut Info Systems and is responsible for shaping Absolut Info System’s strategic & tactical product technology and services vision and the execution of such across the company's comprehensive product & services line.

In this role, Akhil leads Absolut Info System’s emerging services line-up tasked with conceiving, designing, and enabling the service infrastructure.

Akhil is also responsible for all research and development efforts for the Absolut Info System’s financial services software product suite technology architecture for continued excellence in scalability, high concurrency, and processing performance.

Akhil has over 15 years of executive technical leadership for enterprise software development organizations and has worked as a software developer, tester, functional consultant, program manager, product unit manager and consulting manager over the years.

Ashutosh Jha

Ashutosh is Director – Products of Absolut Info Systems. Ashutosh leads & aligns Absolut Info System's acquisition of Peocit Technologies, which marks Absolut Info System’s entry into financial services industry.

Applying an extensive background in product strategy, development and deployment of financial software products, Ashutosh is responsible for leading all aspects of conceptualization of software products, development process, and setting up sales and implementation groups for delivery of Absolut Info System’s software product portfolio for financial services industry. In this role, Ashutosh is also engaged in several strategic customer and partner relationships for Absolut Info System’s services and other product businesses.

Prior to joining Absolut Info Systems, Ashutosh was a product manager for a global financial software firm, where he was responsible for the product strategy, development and deployment of suite of financial services product.

Ashutosh spent early years of his career working for a leading financial institution. Throughout his career, Ashutosh had a strong track record of successful engagements and customer satisfaction across Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America and has an accomplished record as an executive, line manager, and change agent.

Arun Rai

Arun Rai is the Head – Software Licensing at Absolut Info Systems. He is responsible for overseeing the planning, strategy, and execution of the company's licensing sales and revenue growth across the regions and products. Arun is responsible for driving customer relationships and channel partnerships for the software licensing business at Absolut Info Systems.

A software licensing sales veteran, Arun has spent several years in a variety of sales and back office operations roles at Absolut Info Systems, where he rapidly expanded the direct sales organization and increased revenue and market share for the licensing business. Prior to joining Absolut Info Systems, Arun was working with a leading software company.
